Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026 | Version 1.2
Welcome to Carezer. This Privacy Policy describes how Carezer (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses personal health data in connection with our remote patient care application. Your trust is our priority, and we design all processes with maximum care.
1. Scope & Healthcare Commitment
Carezer is a remote patient care platform designed to support clinicians and recovery teams worldwide. In keeping with our clinical focus, we maintain standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to keep recovery data secure. All operations comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements and applicable international healthcare data regulations.
2. Data We Process
We process minimal personal health information (PHI) strictly necessary to run clinical recovery programs. This includes patient contact metadata, clinical check-in responses, telemetric sensor feeds (e.g., automated temperature or step monitoring), and recovery plan timelines assigned by your healthcare provider. We do not inspect, crawl, or sell user systems, nor do we access files outside our designated sandbox boundaries.
3. Encryption & Data Residency
All data in transit is protected using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption. At rest, payloads are encapsulated using AES-256-GCM cryptographic standards. Patient data is segregated dynamically and hosted in secure regional data nodes. For our active trials in Asia, data residency is strictly contained within secure regional HIPAA-compliant centers to respect local compliance frameworks.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Carezer integrates solely with official, certified EHR (Electronic Health Record) modules authorized directly by participating clinics. We do not use third-party marketing trackers, pixel identifiers, or unverified script layers. All integrations operate under active Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) to secure institutional confidentiality.
