Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Carezer's remote patient care services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our HIPAA-compliant Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of Support & Clinical Disclaimers
Carezer is a remote care communication infrastructure that facilitates direct message delivery and checklist check-ins between patients and clinical operations teams. Carezer is NOT an emergency medical service. Attending patients experiencing sudden, acute symptoms or severe pain should contact local emergency services immediately. All clinical instructions, diagnoses, and medical decisions remain strictly under the professional domain of your attending doctor.
2. Secure Access & User Responsibility
Access to Carezer portal is granted strictly to credentialed clinical staff and patients registered by participating health centers. Users are responsible for safeguarding access credentials. Any attempt to bypass secure cryptographic layers, intercept API calls, or run automated scans/audits against Carezer's gateway nodes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3. Service Availability & SLA Limits
While we seek to maintain reliable delivery, Carezer is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. Service uptime may be subject to standard maintenance procedures and local network constraints. Since our primary deployments target regional centers in Asia, service continuity depends upon standard local infrastructure parameters.
4. Intellectual Property & Sandbox Limits
All source files, visual telemetry mockups, layout interfaces, ECG audio assets, and database architecture models are the exclusive intellectual property of Carezer. Accessing developer sandbox packages or FHIR API swagger panels requires explicit authorization and an active clinical partnership agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By entering the platform, institutional clients and attending partners acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to adhere to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these conditions, you must immediately suspend all access to the Carezer application.
